The 9-volt batteries in our Voice Alert PIR sensors are advertised to last a year. Two weeks is more like it! We need a solution. We can switch to rechargeable batteries (replacing them often), or we can add individual solar chargers to augment each sensor unit. Note: These units were later replaced (in 2019) with GuardLine units.
